Balance Score Card. It is developed by Robert kaplan and David Norton, the tern BSC is a system of measurement of four areas in business. financial performance, customer knowledge, learning and growth, internal process.
Banchmarking. It is process of measuring organizational performance through different matrix like satisfaction rate, sales and retention, etc.
Due diligence. Process of taking steps to resolve complain through law and regulations like the examination of paper work or documentation for resolving complain.
Hawthorne effect. Elton mayo, observation of result on the basis of experiment. this experiment intend to measure the impact of environment on employee performance and evaluation of employee on the basis of their performance.
Nepotism. It is the main issue for organization performance and the public dissatisfaction. the authorities hire their own relatives, friends, family members.
On boarding. it is process of moving new hire applicant to employee status when orientation is completed.
succession planning. Process of defining the long run needs and cultivating the internal supply of talent to fulfill the future needs.
Confidentiality agreement. Agreement between the employee and employer not to disclose the information of company or organization if the information did not protected then it may devastate the company brand or reputation.
Broad banding. It means to emphasis less on hierarchical structure in an organization but on skills, abilities, duties and performance.
